RETURN POLICY: ON MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, DAMAGE IN TRANSIT & WRONG/DIFFERENT PRODUCT DELIVERED
Unirox Bikes undertakes a rigorous quality checking on every bicycle once the same has been fully fitted to ensure that there are no damages/defects to the bicycle prior to shipping the same to you.
• In case of any manufacturing defect that is noticed upon delivery of the bicycle/product, the same shall have to be raised with Unirox Bikes within Return/Warranty period via e-mail /Call and Unirox Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard.
• In case of any damage during transit, you shall intimate us immediately upon unboxing /Delivery the bicycle/product with a video & pictorial evidence uploaded within 24 Hours. The bicycle/product shall be in an unused condition at the time of intimating us regarding such damage. Upon receipt of your complaint, Unirox Bikes shall forward the same to the transit partner and seek a resolution for the issue.
• If the bike components are not working properly, then the customer shall get the bike checked at the respective dealer’s store. Bikes shall extend all reasonable assistance in this regard. If there is any manufacturing defect in the component, then action will be taken accordingly.
Any request for the return of the bicycle/product shall be at the sole discretion of Unirox Bikes. In case of a return being approved by Unirox Bikes, all items must be returned in their original condition along with the following
• Original invoice from Unirox Bikes
• User manual and other documents
• Accessories provided at the time of sale of the bicycle
• The original box, intact, along with the packaging as delivered.
• We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing replacement.
Unirox Bikes shall assess the extent of damage to the bicycle/product and shall take best efforts to ensure the same is rectified to your satisfaction, either by replacing the damages part or reimbursing cost of service to you. If such damage cannot be rectified, Unirox Bikes shall process the return of the product and replace the bicycle/product (or) refund the money paid by you.
Unirox Bikes shall have the right to reject the return pickup if the items are not returned according to the above mentioned. NO Return on Discounted bikes.
Any other damages that may have occurred to the bicycle shall be your responsibility. The same shall also not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions or failures that result from the abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, accident, or misuse of the bicycle/product. However, Unirox Bikes will advise you regarding rectification of the said issue. Please feel free to contact us, details given at the end.
CANCELLATION & REFUND CHARGES
• Free cancellation* (Till the time bike has not been shipped)
• Cancellation post-delivery of the bike at customer’s place is not acceptable.
• In case the product is already shipped, return shipping charges + additional handling charges (10%) should be deducted from the refund amount mentioned as below.
o INR 1499/- inclusive of GST for PAN India Location except for Kolkata, Metros & Selected cities
• REFUND: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 2-3 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
• Refund is processed through respective banks and thus will be credited to the customer’s account as per Bank’s standard processing time. However, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp when your return has been processed.
• Exchange is applicable according to the stock availability of the product with the company.
• In case desired product is not available in stock.
o Customer can choose an alternate model, and then pay the shipping cost as mentioned above in the cancellation policy + differential cost of the product (if any).
o In case of not availability of the product, the money shall be refunded to the customer.
• Any discount offered on the product sold will not be allowed for exchange.
SHIPMENT, INSTALLATION & SERVICES POLICY
Unirox Bikes & its authorized retail and shipping partners will be delivering the customer’s orders based on serviceability in certain areas which are serviceable by logistic partners in India only.
Customers will Not be charged any shipping and installation charges.
- J&K, Sikkim, and certain North East states in India delivery and installation charges would be applicable.
Unirox Bikes reserves the right to cancel or refund any order if it’s received from certain remote areas that are unserviceable due to any reason beyond its control i.e. (not limited to) Natural disaster, Riots, acts of god, change in serviceability provided by logistics partners, without any prior notice.
- Standard shipping time are as follow:
- Tier I cities maximum of 7-10 working days.
- Tier II, III cities maximum of 10-15 working days.
- Installation & Services:
- The Bikes will be delivered to the customer in 85% assembled condition*. The customer needs to do the following:
• Install the pedal & wheel
• Correct the handlebar position and tighten it.
• The above-mentioned steps can be done with the help of tools provided in the small part box, in which the pedal, warranty card, and instruction manual are kept).
• In the case of kids’ bikes, the customer needs to install the training wheel also. (Please note that we do not provide tools in case of kids (16″-20″) bike
- Unirox will provide Free installation as mentioned above (following the exception in certain areas, where installation will be charged)
- Free service of bikes also available, but only through our authorized dealers near you. (In case your pin code does not show any authorized Unirox dealer, then you have to go to your nearest dealer)
MODE OF PAYMENT
Payments for the products available on the Site may be made in the following ways:
• Payments can be made ONLY by online payment gateway via Razorpay (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, e-Gift cards, and reward points.)
• Credit card, Debit Card and Net Banking payment options are instant payment options are recommended to ensure faster processing of your order.
• Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not available for online orders. COD/EMI only available through when purchased through Dealers.
